Provide free technical guidance services.

 

◆ Provide free training for two technical operators on behalf of users, enabling them to have independent and proficient control skills (daily maintenance management and maintenance work).

 

The free warranty period for the construction projects of Cold Construction Company is one year, calculated from the date when the user representative signs the completion acceptance report or the user uses the equipment. During this period, our company will repair and replace parts damaged due to quality reasons, except for natural disasters and human factors. After one year or if the damage is not covered by the warranty, we will implement lifelong maintenance. If parts need to be replaced, only the cost will be charged, except for travel expenses.

 

During the warranty period, we are only responsible for the refrigeration equipment and related accessories, and are not responsible for any frozen items or indirect losses (uncontrollable natural disasters) or accidents or equipment damage caused by user human factors (non-standard operations). Our company is not responsible, and our equipment is not covered by the warranty.

 

 Guarantee system:

 

Cold Construction Company has established after-sales service centers and has also added after-sales service outlets in various provinces and cities across the country, opening 24-hour repair hotline.

 

After receiving the repair call, the after-sales team will provide a technical service response within half an hour, and the after-sales specialist will arrive at the site within 3-5 hours. Ordinary faults will be repaired within 8 hours, and replacement parts will be resolved within 24 hours. Preparation: (rush to the site within 1-3 hours in the urban area; rush to the site in 3-5 hours in suburban counties; and rush to the site in 8-12 hours in provinces and cities), the company will arrange a dedicated person to answer various questions from users during the use of the equipment.

 

After the warranty period, we will continue to keep in touch with users and keep track of their equipment conditions at all times, so that corrective and preventive measures can be taken in a timely manner. We will also send dedicated personnel to conduct regular inspections to ensure that users can use our company's products with confidence.

Ximing after-sales service personnel will conduct regular or irregular follow-up visits, supplemented by "greeting service" to ensure the smooth operation of the service system.

 

The company will regularly hold centralized user training at its headquarters in Chongqing every year, providing theoretical and practical training for user operation and management personnel.
