Design Overview

1. The occupied space of the cold storage is 468.3m3. Due to the length of the cold storage reaching 21 meters, in order to facilitate the entry and exit of goods and arrange the entry and exit sequence of the warehouse reasonably, this cold storageProject design: 2 sliding cold storage doors with a door opening size of 1.5m × 2m.

2. Install anti-collision guardrails on the wall where the cold storage door is located to prevent employees from mishandling and damaging the storage body.

3. The cold storage unit adopts a set of Gree unit 12P, which is a single fan refrigeration system. The length of the cold storage is too long, and two sets of axial flow fans (two sets per group) are added in the middle section to accelerate the cold air circulation.

4. The external machine is placed outside the warehouse, and after observation, due to the unstable ground structure, it is installed in a suspended manner.

5. The wall panels and top surface around the warehouse are made of B1 flame-retardant 150mm polystyrene double-sided color steel sandwich panels, and a layer of flame-retardant 50mm rock wool is added to the top of the warehouse.

6. Due to the demand temperature ranging from -5 ℃ to+5 ℃, in order to achieve insulation effect, the ground is made of 100mm extruded board and 50mm cement floor.

7. Due to the span of the roof slab being 8m, it needs to be reinforced on the crossbeam of the house, and there are no reinforced columns in the cold storage, which is convenient for pushing carts.

8. Due to the addition of insulation layer and cement floor on the ground, in order to facilitate the entry and exit of carts into the cold storage, cement is used to add a slope at the entrance, and steel plates are added to the slope to increase usage time.
