Project Overview

1. TheControlled Atmosphere StorageThe total volume is 2150 cubic meters, divided into 10 rooms, and the external dimensions of a single room are 6.5m * 8.2m * 4.8m, with a temperature range of 0-5 ℃.

2. The air-conditioned refrigeration system is equipped with two sets of 40HP Bizel piston medium temperature parallel units, one set for every 5 rooms, and two 240KW evaporative condensers for heat dissipation. Each warehouse is equipped with a set of fluorine suspended ceiling cooling fan, and the insulation warehouse is made of 100mm polyurethane double-sided color steel insulation and flame-retardant plate, which is energy-saving and environmentally friendly, with excellent heat resistance.

3. According to customer needs, achieve comprehensive intelligence. The refrigeration host control system adopts an imported centralized control system, which automatically adjusts the infinite energy according to the heat load in the warehouse, reasonably controls the compression amount, and achieves the goal of high efficiency and energy conservation. Diversified temperature control technology, precise temperature control, and stable storage temperature.

4. The power consumption during full load operation of the entire warehouse is approximately 150KW/hour. The gas control equipment has automatic gas concentration analysis, automatic deoxidation, automatic humidity control, and automatic removal of carbon dioxide. It also has the function of recording and curve analysis of gas parameters in various warehouses。
