Project Overview

Led by Xuefeng Modern Agriculture, the "1500 cubic meter vegetable preservation warehouse" covers an area of 500 square meters and is divided into 5 cold storage rooms for different vegetable varieties, 3 400 cubic meter fresh vegetable preservation warehouses, and 2 150 cubic meter melon and fruit storage rooms. Each cold storage room is equipped with an independent air-cooled piston system.This cold chain project serves as a foundation for future cold chain projects, reserving platforms, channels, etc. As a new agricultural demonstration project, it saves about 20% energy compared to similarly sized preservation warehouses, and has high customer recognition.

1. Due to the lack of cement leveling at the construction site, partial foundation reinforcement was carried out according to the drawings, followed by overall cement leveling.

2. The cold storage is an outdoor construction with a colored steel canopy at the upper end. The reinforcement of the cold storage adopts a column type to strengthen the stability of the storage body.

3. All cold storage units are 1.5m long × The 2.4m manual sliding door lays the foundation for the entry of electric forklifts in the later stage.
