Project Introduction

1. This project is designed as a refrigerated warehouse, with an overall size of 20m × 6.3m × 4m, approximately 500 cubic meters.

2. The temperature of the warehouse is designed from+5 ℃ to+18 ℃, and the temperature can be adjusted according to actual needs. Voltage: 380V; The input power is 35.0kW.

3. Library structure: prefabricated; The insulation material is a 150mm thick EPS polystyrene double-sided color steel plate (density: 18kg, color steel thickness: 0.326mm), assembled in a movable combination method, and the joints are filled with polyurethane sealant, resulting in higher sealing performance.

4. The ground is made of XPS extruded sheet with a thickness of 100mm, and the cold storage door is made of polyurethane double-sided color steel manual sliding door (1500mm × 2400mm) are equipped with standard door locks, door handles, door hinges, safety unlocking devices, moisture-proof magnetic force at the door edge, door sealing strips, and other accessories.

5. The unit adopts two Ili semi enclosed piston compressors, which operate smoothly, have a long service life, are efficient and energy-saving, and save 15% energy compared to the same brand.

6. The radiator adopts 2 high-efficiency and energy-saving hydrophilic aluminum V-shaped condensers, and 4 high-efficiency electric defrosting and energy-saving air coolers are selected in the warehouse.
