Project Overview

1. The project has a total capacity of 5 vegetable and meat refrigerated warehouses of 350 tons, 200 tons of meat refrigeration, and 150 tons of fruit and vegetable refrigeration.

2. Cold Building Refrigeration Engineer Luo Gong has conducted on-site measurements of the size and structure of the warehouse multiple times, and communicated in depth with the project leader about the cold storage planning and usage scenarios. Adhering to the design concept of "efficient refrigeration, energy conservation and environmental protection", he has designed the installation plan and construction method of the cold storage in a targeted manner. At present, it has been put into official use and operates stably and reliably, with good feedback.

3. The warehouse body board is made of 100mm (refrigerated)/150mm (frozen) polyurethane double-sided 0.426 color steel plate, B1 grade flame retardant; The ground is laid with double layers of 50mm thick extruded panels, which have good insulation and fire resistance properties and meet the requirements of national fire protection standards.

4. The main unit of the refrigerated storage system adopts the well-known brand Beijing Bizel box top outlet fan unit, the evaporator adopts the DD series high-efficiency cold air fan, and the throttling element adopts the Danfoss expansion valve. After scientific calculation and practical operation, the refrigeration system has achieved good cooling effect and fast cooling speed.
