The refrigeration system ensures continuous cold chain operation

According to storage requirements, the design temperature of the aquatic cold storage is -5~-10 ° C, and the relative humidity is controlled between 90% and 95%. The cold storage adopts two 40 horsepower imported screw refrigeration units from Germany, using international advanced technologies such as electromagnetic valves and high-efficiency condensers to ensure continuous cold chain during the storage process of aquatic products. At the same time, the cold storage is equipped with four DJ140 series strong air supply fans for good air circulation.

Thermal insulation system significantly reduces energy consumption

Chongqing Ximing uses 120mm polyurethane insulation board as the main insulation material for the cold storage, greatly reducing heat conduction loss. The cold storage door is made of 0.5mm polyurethane color steel plate and equipped with anti mold and anti freezing sealing strips to isolate external temperature interference. This insulation system significantly reduces energy consumption and is beneficial for enterprises to save operating costs.
